At Real Country Boutique, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair

  • All original tags (if applicable) must be attached

  • Must be returned in the original packaging when possible

  • Final sale items, intimates, accessories, and promotional items are non-returnable

Because we operate through a dropshipping model, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory turnover.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Fill out the contact form with:

  • Your name & email address

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
